Windmill Suites Surprise - Phoenix, An Ascend Collection Hotel

The room was new-fashioned and fabulous with comfortable beds, I felt comfortable there. The hotel location was magnificent and peaceful to the Phoenix area. It was also next to the pond and good restaurants and Windmills.

Loved Surprise, the hotel was great and grand old in NW Phoenix area. The whole room was impressivewith AZ and bedroom and personal comfort.

The room was very dirty.

I have stayed here every two years for the last 20 years and I have seen a lot of changes and they are all to the good you have a staff member in the breakfast room that is wonderful her name is nico at the suprise az. Inn. She replenishes everything as soon as needed and is very pleasant also the desk staff is great too I don't know if there is anything to complain about I love staying there

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The duvet on the bed was way too hot, since it's July in Arizona.

Next time, I will reserve a room that opens to the pool.

We arrived late the night before we were scheduled and the night clerk was extremely accomodating and gave us a room early. The beds were the best I've ever slept in and the bedding was like sleeping inside a cloud! Can't say enough about the friendly staff and the continental breakfast gave us a good start in the morning so we didn't have to look for a place to eat before starting our day. We highly recommend this hotel and next time we're in Surprise we'll definately stay there again.

The price for the stay was very reasonable and the staff at the main desk was outstanding. I will stay here again when I vist Surprise.

The suite was spacious with a great layout, including a kitchenette and a relaxing sitting area. It felt welcoming and cozy, perfect for a family with kids.

The free breakfast selection was convenient and saved time each morning. I appreciated having two TVs in the room as it allowed for personal preferences while relaxing. The nearby fast food options were a big plus given my situation without transportation.

The bed felt a bit worn and may need replacement soon.

Second visit; overall excellent experience, very helpful front desk staff.

We chose the Windmill Suites for the location near golf and friends we planned to visit. The breakfast was excellent and made it possible to have a good meal before early tee times.

We were not unhappy with anything. The staff at the front desk looked pretty doggone young, but I think we are just getting doggone old. And they were very pleasant and capable.

Suite--roomy, two sinks, nice kitchen area, exceptionally clean.

Clean room with nice linens, but the furniture needs a refresh. Great outdoor area.
